I have been dealing with commercial, residential, or vacation rentals for over 30 years, and have used an attorney on occasion. Let me say, Tony Smith, (no relation), has been a breath of fresh air. We have just been working together during the last 3 months on an eviction. Tony has been very responsive and punctual with moving the process along. The eviction was successful and all paperwork was completed as promised. I will continue to use Tony, as needed, and would definitely recommend his firm for legal assistance in the future. I was looking for a probate attorney after experiencing the worst treatment by my wife’s family during her funeral for no reason at all. I never even got to have closure with her. I spoke with Tony about everything and while he and I were talking he was typing a game plan of how he would proceed in assisting me with everything. I had no clue that he was doing this until we were almost finished with the consultation, which is free I might add. He told me the price of his service and I told him that I would get back to him either way. He then asked for my email address so that he could send me some information and whether I used him or not I would have an idea on what to look for if I decided to go with someone else. He welcomed me to look around to see if I could get a better deal, I agreed, and we got off the phone. He sent the email immediately. I opened it right away and to my surprise he had everything laid out to the T on how he would proceed with my case with everything thing that he and I had discussed in a little over thirty minutes. His attention to detail was impeccable and he outlined it beautifully. I thought about it over night and called him the next morning to have him come onboard in assisting me with this matter. From day one Tony hit the ground running and has gone above and beyond by not only doing what he said he was going to do and so much more. He communicates expeditiously in various ways and never hesitates to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. My case isn’t over yet however I’m confident that Tony will get me through this. I highly recommend him to assist anyone that has cases like mine or any other case for that matter. If you want the best give Tony a call and forget about the rest.

I cannot express enough how grateful I was to speak with Tim. This man was straight up and honest with me. He listened to me, gave me some advice on my legal matter. It was ending his work day and he still spoke with me. He didn’t even take my case because he felt I had already paid out too much money and wasted so much time with a lawyer that took my money and ran. I couldn’t believe he didn’t want to take my money and run too. Just the fact that he was so kind and ethical. If only I had known about him before I wasted time with another attorney with no progress. He even offered to assist me with something else just as a courtesy. I don’t think he understood how thankful I was. I contacted him because of his reviews. 5stars for a reason. Tony is amazing and cares. He is fair and not an attorney that only cares about making money. He helped me make the BEST/hardest decision of my life for the best interest of my kiddos and I don’t think that I could ever repay him or thank him enough. 10/10 recommend. I don’t think I have ever met someone that cares as much as he does. He seems to put himself in his clients shoes and his number one priority is safety. He deserves all of the praises in the world!
